"This is going pretty well!", Tails exclaimed. He finally was free from the ignorance of the other freedom fighters. He was happy with that, but he knew he had some good times with them. Escpecially Sonic. All he wanted was respect. He tryed to ignore those feelings, telling himself that he had what he wanted and had gained. But he really didn't know exactly what he wanted...

Little did the kitsune know that someone was following him. In fact, the person was literally following him while Tails was flying the tornado. "So, that Two-tailed freak is headstrong about being alone for once in his pathetic life, hmm?! Well, I should show his this world is two cruel for a child to live in alone!!", Shouted the figure. He was too loud, because Tails turned around as much as he could to see the person who made the voice. "Stupid magic powers!", said the being. Even a person being as old and wise as him could ever master the power of shutting their mouths. "That stupid top-hatted professor; couldn't teach me a thing!". The bearded fellow transformed himself into the clouds around Tails. And he then closed in for the kill.

Tails looked around for any visible opening in the clouds. They were way to thick, and were so suspicious, the way they came up like that. In fact, they seemed to be generating in front of the tornado, and stayed in front even when he truned continuosly. As he went down, he saw him.

"IXIS NAGUS!!", Tails shouted. He should have known those suspicious looking clouds were the work of a master ellementalist. sorry tails, aquakent33 stated after ripping through the story line. This is for the plot twist later. "You do know that one of the reasons I left knothole is to escape you!". What ever Tails, have it your way. Anyway, Tails couldn't escape Naugus. He was to powerfull for starters, and Tails couldn't land the plane anywhere to make it a fair fight. He tried to shake him off the plane, put him only got him on tighter. "Hey, Aquakent33, i'm sorry about what I said before. Can you help me out, please?!". Sorry, but you wanted me to stay away. Bu-Bye!! "That jerk!!!", Tails exclaimed. "Who are you talking to?", said Naugus. Since Tails was the main character in the story, only he could see me. Hmm, maybe this would be better if this was a comic? Anyway, Tails thought of all of the weaknesses of the 4 elements. He knew that earth is the opposite of air, but the tornado didn't have any design for that ability. "HAHAHAHAHA!!! Your efforts are futile Tails! Your adventure ends here!!!" Naugus conjured up his most efficient spell he knew. Oh man, what do I do?. Then he got the idea. He went into a nose dive, which actually worked to get Naugus off, for all of two seconds that is. Tails kept spiraling towards the ocean below, hoping that his plan would work. He hit the water at Sonic speed, plunging him, Naugus, and the Tornado, and some random fish, into the water.

"What kind of manipulation is this?", said a water-logged Naugus. "Have you forgotten my master skills of the elemental magicks?!?!". He then turned himself into a watery shadow of himself. Tails knew the Tornado was water proof, but couldn't stay down for so long. He began to swim over to the Sinking figure of his bi-plane, when a choking hand went around his neck. "Get ready to DIE!!!". Tails struggled and spnhis tails to break free, but to no avail. Wait a minute, Tails thought. Why don't I ust use my tails? Tails stopeed spinning and, with his last bubble of air, got hold of the plane's wheel with his tails. He used the other one to propel himself away from Naugus and went straight to the plane. Tails was hearing the Breath of air countdown from the 18-bit sonic games. He jumped into the cokpit and readied himself from takeoff. He need to get this perfect. di-di-di-di-di-dididi. The song kept going. "Get back here you twerp!". Tails turned to see Naugus coming at him at 80 knots. Tails waited for him. And waited. "What are you waiting for Tails? why don't you run away?!". Naugus closed his claw on the tail of the tornado. Tails decided now would be a good time to act. He punched the power on the boosters of the tornado. In an instant, the water became searing hot around the tornado. "NOOO! This is immposible!Arggggh!!!". Naugus, tried to transform himself back into the lobster-rhino-thinamajig he was, but he already began to boil. This can't beee.....!!!". Tails punched the pedal again, and flew out of the mobian ocean with seconds to spare. "I wonder if he's still alive? It doesn't matter any way.". Tails looked above  and saw the clouds had moved away. This was the beginning of a new venture!

            "Sooo..., Naugus has failed in destroying the so-called 'freedom fighter'?", Said the figure. Everything was falling into place. He sat upon his thone; fed grapes from the handmaidens around him. "Yeah, umm, he did fail. But you didn't...", said another figure. He had appeared out of no where to say that. "I didn't what? Anyway, is he here?", the being asked. "Yes". The figure smiled, showing his dagger-sharp teeth. "Bring him to me". Naugus was brought into the room, bound by electrified chains to prevent his escape. "Who are you, and why are you interfering with my momen of fun?!", Naugus asked. "Because you failed to destroy the Freedom Fighter, Tails", Said the person. "Ixis Naugus can not be hired for your petty little plots to destroy the 'heroes'!". The being chuckled, and then shot out his hand. "What do you know about this". From his hand came out massive amounts of chaos energy, causing Naugus to falter. "No! What are you doing?!", Naugus asked. He was brought to his knees by the power, Until he couldn't feel his lower body. He looked down, and saw he was disapearing. "No!!! I'm invincible!!! You can't destroy me!!! I wasn't even in your game!!!", he said in anguish. "EVERYONE is in this game.", the person said. Now, Naugus was only a head floating in the air. "You can't destroy meeee....". His voice drifted away. "Hopefully where he's going his powers will be put to use fo my plan". He turned to the dark shadows around him. "Do you see what will happen if you do not comply to the rules. You all should be more effecient". There was a comotion in the stands.
"No way". "I'm not doing it". "Hmmmph". "Why should I comply with a weaker being"?
One voice was higher and was more audible."Oh, oh, pick me next, scary looking dude. Oh, and him to. Were a package deal". The person considered. The two were known to do a lot of damage together, but the damage is split when not together. "Fine then , villains, you can either be great, or just complete fools. I'll allow you to go. Just don't fail". The figure went back up to the throne. He held out his hand and used the same beam he used on Naugus, but instead of it being used as a Blarg-blahem-blaph-blah, It was used as a teleporting laser. the figures disapeared out of sights. "Go and cripple the freedom fighters", he said. "DO NOT fail!"
